If you’re looking to get away, we know you will love our home! The home is a 3 bedroom single home located just 200 feet away from the Greenbrier River in Alderson, West Virginia. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the home has a full bathroom downstairs and a half bathroom in the master bedroom.
Although the home was built in 1950, it has been recently renovated with all brand new appliances, a modern interior and a 70″ TV with Roku a surround sound system. There is also a corner workstation where you can do work on your laptop.

Alderson is a community located along Rt. 12 where the Greenbrier Riverseparates Greenbrier Countyand Monroe County.Alderson is the home of West Virginia’s largest 4th of July Celebration, where thousands of people come from all over the state to attend. Alderson also has great Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations. The Greenbrier River is great for lots of activities including fishing, boating, canoeing, tubing and much more! You can walk along the river and cross the Alderson Memorial walking bridge in the middle of town and check out Alderson Alumni Park and the Housby Gazebo.
Downtown Alderson has many quaint shops such as the Wolf Creek Gallery, Alderson Artisan’s Galleryand the shops at Alderson Main Street.
For shopping there is Family Dollar and Dollar General along with several convenience stores right on Rt. 12. There are also several great restaurants in town, our favorite for breakfast is The Big Wheel, you have to get the pancakes!
Alderson is a country town though, so if you’re looking for more options you will need to drive to Ronceverte or Lewisburg, which are a 15-20 minute drive. You can click below for a list of nearby amenities.
